Privacy Policy

The short version: Phase100 runs entirely on your device. We operate no servers, we have no account system, and the app is published without internet permission — so your workouts, weight, body photos, and notes cannot be transmitted to us or anyone else. We do not collect, receive, store, sell, or share any of your personal data.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Phase100 mobile application ("the app", "we", "us") available on Google Play. By installing or using the app, you agree to this policy.

2. Data the app stores on your device

To function, the app saves the following locally, on your phone only, inside its private application storage:

Workout logs (exercises, sets, weights, reps, personal records)
Bodyweight entries and body measurements
Daily progress photos you choose to take
Nutrition and water entries, habits, streaks, XP and badges
Your settings, including reminder times and starting rank

This information stays in a database and a private photo folder on your device. It is never uploaded, because the app has no network access.

3. Data we collect

None. We have no servers and no analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting tools, or any third-party tracker. We cannot see your data, your usage, or even whether you opened the app.

4. Permissions the app requests, and why

Camera — only to take your daily progress photos inside the app. Photos are saved to the app's private storage. The app never opens your existing gallery or reads other pictures unless you explicitly import a backup.
Notifications / exact alarms — to deliver your gym-time alarm and daily reminders. These are generated on your device and contain no external communication.
Storage access (only when you tap Export/Import) — to let you save or restore a backup file to a location you choose.
Biometric / device credential (optional) — if you enable the app lock, to unlock the app. Your fingerprint or PIN is handled by Android and never seen by the app.
The app does not request the Internet permission at all.

5. Backups you create

If you use the Export feature, the app writes a backup file (your data plus photos) to a location you choose — for example your device storage or a cloud drive of your choosing. Once that file leaves the app, it is governed by the terms of wherever you store it, not by us. Keep your backup files private; they contain your photos and health data.

6. Children

Phase100 is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed at children. Because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights and control

Because all data is local, you are always in full control. You can delete any entry at any time, and "Reset all data" in Settings permanently erases everything on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all app data from your phone. There is nothing for you to request from us, because we hold nothing.

8. Google Play

Your purchase and download are processed by Google Play under Google's Privacy Policy. We receive only anonymized, aggregate sales information from Google (for example, total install counts). We never receive your identity, email, or payment details.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app adds any feature that changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and the "last updated" date before that version ships. Any such change would be described clearly and would remain consistent with our offline-first commitment.

Before you publish: replace the contact email and the "Phase100 / phase100.app" placeholders with your real details, confirm every statement above is true of your actual build (especially "no Internet permission" and "no analytics SDKs"), and have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review this. If you ever add cloud sync, ads, or analytics, this document must be rewritten — Google will reject a listing whose Data Safety form contradicts its privacy policy.
